MINCETUR inaugurates new special tourist corridor Cusco Machu Picchu

The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur) held today the opening ceremony of the new prime tourist corridor Cusco - Chinchero - Urubamba - Ollantaytambo - Machu Picchu.

The new tourist corridor will be 230 kilometers, during the course of the route MINCETUR made available to the National Police a new control center and art communications, this may provide care and likewise added security enable tourists national and foreign.

To this is added the new implementation of the mobile application "Tourism Police Peru" to Cuzco, which can be used by tourists from their Smartphone and Tablet, this in order for them to alert emergency and so power know the citadel without any problem.
