Peruvian cuisine inaugurated RistorExpo 2012 in Italy

The Commission for the Promotion of Peru Export and Tourism PromPeru, reported that in the fifteenth edition of RistorExpo 2012, made in the town of Erba (Italy), the Peruvian cuisine was responsible for opening the most important gastronomic fair.

Peruvian chefs Pedro Miguel Schiaffino, Adolfo Perret and Giacomo Bocchio were responsible for opening the food fair, with the preparation of typical Peruvian dishes based on fish and other domestic inputs, which ends today February 22.
